Requirements

As a Financial Controller, you will:

• 📈 Be co-responsible for the complete financial control of Itility, including:
  • 📊 Quarterly and annual closures
  • 💼 Internal cost allocations
  • 🧾 Project administration and invoicing activities
  • 💰 Payroll management
• 🏗️ Independently set up entirely new financial administrations, such as for our new German entity, including VAT returns, payroll, and transfer pricing.
• 📚 Perform business control activities, including:
  • 📈 Reporting and preparing forecasts for service contracts
  • 📉 Analyzing and reporting on revenue targets and margins
  • 📆 Planning and controlling innovative R&D projects
  • 📝 Assisting in creating business cases for projects and services

🎒 Who Should Apply?
We are looking for candidates who:

• 🎓 Have at least a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy
• 🧮 Possess a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
• 🧐 Have knowledge of or interest in fiscal matters such as transfer pricing
• 📊 Excel in using Microsoft Excel
• 💬 Have excellent command of both Dutch and English; German is a plus
• 💻 Experience with ERP software AFAS-Profit is a plus
• 🔢 Love working with numbers and strive to understand and explain financial developments
• 🕵️‍♂️ Are independent, analytical, and solution-oriented
