Location: Rainham, Kent
Type: Full-Time (8am to 5pm)
Salary: Β£30,000 - Β£40,000 depending on experience + bonuses

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Sales: Make professional outbound telesales calls to targeted prospects and major accounts, securing appointments and generating new business.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to elicit enquiries, win new business, and reactivate previous customers.
  • Master Products: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's diverse product ranges to engage customers intelligently and meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the internal sales team to generate accurate quotations and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
  • Stay Organized: Keep meticulous notes and call records in the Hubspot CRM system, ensuring all correspondence is easily accessible and understood.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success as a telesales executive or in a similar role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persistent & Resilient: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
