As an Associate/Senior Associate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work under the direction of more experienced consultants in solving complex organizational business challenges to drive value, maximize growth and improve performance across a multitude of business functions. You will work closely and cross-functionally with senior internal and client team members to execute and support business critical objectives/strategic imperatives. Additionally, the role will require dedication in driving deliverables and timelines within agreed upon timeframes, whether they be internal or external initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

You will be working alongside seasoned consultants, subject matter experts and industry specialists to ensure that all client deliverables meet customer expectations. You will be expected to actively contribute to business transformation, process optimizations and system improvements. The role will require you to represent Red Nucleus in addressing the client’s business requirements and needs.

Internal responsibilities may include, but is not limited to, contribution to marketing, thought leadership and other initiatives that help drive the success of the Scientific Services and Advisory (SS&A) Business unit or Red Nucleus as a whole.

• Constantly finding ways to coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development

• Critically analyze complex ideas, proposals, and trends to build a range of meaningful recommendations

• Using multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views in development of solutions and recommendations

• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing high-level key points

• Execute on assigned project tasks by preparing materials for project meetings and developing materials communicating results of analyses

• Internal responsibilities may include, but is not limited to, budget and Statement Of Work (SOW) management, contribution to marketing and Business Development and thought leadership.

Specialized Qualification and Skills

• Candidates may also be subject matter experts in one or more of the following areas (regional, global, and cross-functional).

• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug development and supporting documents

• Clinical information or systems (e.g. eTMF, CTMS, etc)

• Regulatory information or systems (e.g. RIM, IDMP, etc)

• Safety information or systems (e.g. Case Processing, Safety Reporting etc)

• Quality information or related systems (e.g. QMS, CAPA, Change Control, etc)

• Migration and clean-up of documents and document attributes

• Understanding of global R&D submission process and clinical documentation

• Process development

• System implementation

• Organizational change management

• Other specialized skills not specifically identified here

Job Requirements:

A qualified candidate must be detail oriented with a high sense of self-initiative and exhibit the below basic qualifications and skills.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with interdisciplinary teams
• Interest in the life sciences industry (both business process and software development)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in team environment

· Working in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)

Preferred:

• Broad awareness and understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
• Experience in process and user story development is a plus
