Collections Officer

We are looking for a Collections Officer to join our talented team in Denmark or Remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Phone calls and e-mails to customers that are past due, consistently following up on cases

• Negotiating with customers on of payment terms, including but not limited to restructure proposals, collection procedures etc.

• Ensuring collection of all needed customer documentation.

• Ensuring all calls and services are maintained, following “best in class” customer expectations standards.

• Responsible for delivering cases in due time to the DCA.

• During peak or holiday time lend support to the Factoring Collections team.

• During peak or holiday time lend support to the Factoring Customer service team.

• Focusing on customer needs and added value, propose enhancements to the company’s products and services.

• All collections tasks for the Capitalbox Business Lending Portfolio.

Requirements:

• Work experience in collections or customer service is beneficial

• Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English

• 1-2 years experience within a bank or fintech, preferably within SME lending

• Knowledge of SME lending products is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills as required to effectively communicate to a diverse audience

• Problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Confident, driven and results-oriented
