Lead Analyst

As a Lead Analyst, you are responsible for providing comprehensive consulting, system integration, and implementation services across a wide range of SAP applications, products, and technologies. You will be instrumental in driving business-led, technology-enabled change, focusing on industry-specific enterprise resource planning while leveraging the latest advancements in mobile, analytics, and cloud solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support SAP HANA Analytics
• Lead multiple sized projects as team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analysing requirements and translating them into effective solutions
• Engage with the business to resolve challenges and deliver value by implementing data warehousing solutions
• Execute implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SAP S/4 HANA solutions
• Complete Knowledge of Readily available Embedded analytics Standard options in SAP S/4 HANA 1709 and 1809
• Ensure delivery of success in end-to-end, global project implementations
• Development lifecycle: Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Design and architecture: Define and architect the design of new features
• Code analysis: Analyze and solve issues in existing and new code
• Development efficiency: Continuously improve development efficiency
• Business processes: Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• On-premise and cloud-based solutions: Design and develop on-premise and cloud-based solutions
• New functionalities: Execute software design, development, and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements to business systems

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• At least 10 years of cumulative experience in the IT industry specializing in SAP
• Proven Experience of at least 4 years in SAP S/4 HANA
• Hands on experience in developing CDS views
• Ability to drive discussions with business and workshops
• Experience with Greenfield Implementations and have done at least similar implementation end-to-end
• Ability to perform as a functional and technical SAP Analytics Subject Matter Expert
• Capable in working in critical situation and with tight deadlines
• Excellent Communication Skills in English in order to understand requirements clearly and effectively collaborate with foreign counterparts
• Be able to take ownership of the team’s deliverables and manage the work load

Advantageous Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering or related
• Lead experience
• SAP BW experience
