We are currently seeking a hands-on, engaged, and dynamic higher education Human Resources Leader to join our team as a consultant and working Head of Human Resources. This role is primarily remote with the need to travel occasionally to a mid-sized community college in Maryland. As a CampusWorks consultant and Senior Human Resources Executive, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of integrated HR programs and services. This role reports to the Executive VP for Finance and Administration and involves collaboration with college leadership, management of a 12-member HR team, and driving process, system, and cultural changes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR plans to meet the needs of a vibrant and diverse community college campus community, with multiple locations.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align HR strategies with institutional goals.
- Provide proactive coaching and mentoring to managers and leaders, equipping them with the skills and strategies needed to address personnel issues effectively and foster a positive, productive work environment.
