IT Administrator

We are currently looking for an IT Administrator to join our team at TalenTailors. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our company's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving customer issues, entering them into the ticketing system, independently analyzing and resolving problems
• NetPlans Support is not a typical hotline, but fosters a collaborative and highly personalized customer relationship
• Many of our customers have outsourced complex IT/server infrastructures to us, which are fully managed by the IT Support
• The IT Support has expert teams (e.g. Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, etc.) that provide second or third-level support and possess a high level of expertise
• Due to the close proximity to the customers, the Support team also works conceptually and advises customers on all matters related to IT infrastructure
• The Support team also provides on-site support to many customers, so the role can be a mix of internal and external support depending on customer preference
