We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to spearhead our efforts in identifying and developing new sales channels, including sales agencies, communities, and ecosystems. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving ambitious sales targets. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our established channel partners to ensure that our business objectives are successfully met.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the sales channel targets built achieve the targets set by the business.
  • Recommend strategies, innovation ideas and automation for sales channel growth
  • Create a strategic plan to achieve the targets of the business.
  • Develop and communicate sales strategies to partners.
  • Manage partners to drive sales growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience preferably Banking, Insurance, Fintech
  • Good communication skill both writing and speaking.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skill.
  • Possess a strong drive and self-motivated to make things happen especially in leading project and initiatives.
