Director of Operations professional primary care practices, leads, coordinates and evaluates all aspects of practice operations. Serves as an ambassador and client service rep from MMG when interacting with hospital presidents and their teams. Takes pride in this role and realizes that these relationships determine the organizational reputation for MMG. Supports and promotes the vision, mission, and strategic plans of Methodist Health System

Your Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or appropriate area of study required
• MHA Preferred
• Certified Medial Practice Executive designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience managing a group practice of six or more physicians
• Preferred 3-5 years of general surgery practice leadership experience
• Prefer 3 to 5 years in a healthcare setting
• Very strong proficiency using Microsoft Office products
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Strong process orientation
