**This position is a Hybrid role based out of our Edmonton Office**

You’re an aspiring appraisal professional looking to learn from the best, so you can become the next top Appraiser. You enjoy analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish.

In this role, you will…

• Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct market research, assessments, tax searches and surveys.
• Collect and organize market and property data.
• Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team in preparing appraisal reports and presentations for clients.
• Conduct periodic site inspections as needed.

What you’ll bring

• AIC candidacy and/or commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your AACI designation.
• An undergraduate degree.
• An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Argus is an asset.
• Commercial real estate experience is an asset.
