Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of our Paid Social Department in-house and deliver successful campaigns on multiple brands, globally.
  • Ensuring campaigns are set up accordingly from end-to-end process across key Paid Social platforms.
  • Working closely with creative, analytics, product and development teams.
  • Exposure to working with all Social platforms, Meta, SnapChat, Twitter
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers and the other marketing teams, product teams and stakeholders to design and deliver integrated social media campaigns
  • Assist in developing, monitoring and analyse performance and make both realtime and long-term recommendations for optimizations
  • Competitor analysis across markets and products within the social landscape.
  • Internal systems and workflows managed regarding briefing, invoice management and reporting.
  • Maintain an understanding of latest social media trends and relevant topics that drive the world and current news to make our ads more relatable

About you:

  • 2-5 years Digital Marketing/Paid Social with experience in Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat

  • Have strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse and draw insights from large data sets

  • Understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager including:
    Set up, Activation, Optimization, Pixel implementation, Reporting & Platform best practices

  • Ability to take on board instructions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills & excellent listening skills

  • The ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners

  • Experience with Tableau (or any other data housing software) is a bonus

  • Experience in Gaming industry.
