Events Manager

The Sales department generates revenue and powers our organization forward. We keep up with the latest sales trends and technology, incorporate them into our daily work, and keep in touch with each other for better results.

Main responsibilities

• Research and select conferences based on company goals and target audience.
• Manage the full cycle of B2B events execution both direct and channel, locally and internationally.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, event organizers and manage logistics, including booth setup and swag.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Brand teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Work with legal, procurement, and accounting teams to manage contracts, sponsorships, and invoices.
• Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on event progress.
• Ensure contacts gathered at events are properly managed and uploaded to the CRM.
• Plan and manage speaker participation, including preparation and agenda setting.
• Ensure events documentation is up to date, monitor deliverables, timelines and budget.
• Support process improvements for event planning and execution.

Core Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or event production/execution.
• Communication and collaboration: ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple events, timelines, and deliverables.
• Adaptable and calm in high-stress, tight deadline situations and patient in the face of changing priorities.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all documentation, materials, and processes are accurate and up to date.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and improve event planning processes and execution.
• Proactiveness and a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Fluency in English.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 1990-3150 EUR/Month.
