As a Growth Manager (focus on mortgage loans) you will manage sales and process related initiatives to drive growth and efficiency across channels based on business development strategy. You will also ensure everyday support to frontline teams about product, application process, features, customer servicing process and sales.

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise the entire private lending business from lead generation through to monetization and retention to maximize immediate and long-term ROI

  • Lead business growth strategy development and execution to deliver banks business goals across all distribution channels and markets

  • Oversee end to end customer journey and lead continuous cross-functional improvements based on efficiency and new business opportunities

  • Coordinate lending activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate coverage, efficiencies, and quality of service

  • Work on increasing loan production, product, and service sales, and reduce errors in application processing, through on-going training and coaching of lending and retail team

  • Ensure that new lending operational excellence and continuous improvement are key focuses and are supported throughout the lending teams

  • Conduct analysis of lending capabilities, market research, and user research to make recommendations for strategic priorities to ensure sales initiatives are driving profitable growth

  • Create, implement, and lead strategies for establishing new dealership relationships

  • In partnership with relevant stakeholders (internal and external), lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting

  • Everyday sales and service support to front line – communication about changes, sales arguments and scripts, sales materials, input to sales and servicing processes.

What We Expect:

  • Educational background in economics, finance, management or any related field
  • Prior experience and deep knowledge about lending area with an up to date understanding of lending area related regulations
  • Ability to design efficient end-to-end processes
  • Development focus, ability to translate strategic business thinking into sales, products and IT β€œlanguage”
  • Customer focused with an ability to flexibility and openness to change
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ownership, proactivity and leadership while being a strong collaborator and a team player
  • Ability to use Google analytics & SEO
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication
