About the Role
Insticator is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Ad Operations team as we continue to grow and innovate in the digital advertising space. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Ad Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the analytical processes work smoothly. It would include data accuracy management, control over daily reporting needs, benchmarking, data visualization and stakeholder management. Additionally, you will be tasked with addressing ad hoc inquiries from multiple departments and resolving performance-related issues swiftly and effectively.
The ultimate objective of this role is to cultivate strong collaborative relationships with our internal stakeholders to optimize outcomes for our demand & publishing partners while maintaining the highest level of efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, accuracy, attentiveness to details and good organizational skills.

A desirable additional qualification is the ability to distill and articulate complex concepts concisely, facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders. This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work with working hours aligned with the EST time zone.

Professional Competencies
Experience with ad tech is a must.
Bachelor's degree with a background in Math, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or other quantitative fields.
5 years experience in Data Analytics.
Expert experience pulling large and complex data using SQL and writing data pipelines.
Experience with a data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with Google Ad Manager and any ad servers.
Understanding of programmatic ecosystem and basic knowledge of supply/demand-side specifically.
Efficiency in using the Google Suite platform, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
