KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration with Business Development: Partner with the business development team who will identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their needs, diagnose their problem statements, and propose tailored consulting solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion of new and existing accounts.
- Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Partner with global product leader to develop new services and bring to market.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and develop advisory team, fostering a high-performance culture, driving engagement and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, to deliver integrated solutions to clients. Partner with finance and people strategy to drive scalable and sustainable advisory business.
- Brand Positioning: Enhance QuantumWork Advisory's market presence and brand recognition through thought leadership, industry events, and networking.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years in talent and workforce management, with extensive experience in a Fortune 100 company.
- Industry Experience: Must have a background in the tech industry. Must have consulting experience with the “Big 4” [Accenture, Mercer, BCG, Bain or McKinsey].
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and growing a business unit, driving significant revenue growth.
- Leadership Skills: Strong global leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Client Focus: Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a client-centric approach to business development.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans while also executing tactically.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Travel: Must be able to travel frequently (up to 25%) across North America.
