Service Request Specialist

We are looking for a Service Request Specialist for our team of BRO-professionals!

✅ Requirements:

✔️ College degree in computer or IT related field, or equivalent experience

✔️ Experience with bug and issue tracking system

✔️ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills

✔️ Excellent customer service orientation

✔️ Strong attention to details; organizational and time management skills

✔️ Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques

✔️ Basic experience with SQL is nice-to-have

✅ Duties:

✔️ Prioritize and manage multiple service requests based on urgency and impact on customers

✔️ Review and analyze service requests to determine if manual configuration or configuration via DataBase is required

✔️ Create configurations using BackOffice tools or bulk scripts

✔️ Test and troubleshoot configurations to ensure they meet required specifications

✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configurations or escalate them to appropriate team members for resolution

✔️ Identify opportunities for process improvements from technical side
