Production Support Engineer

As a Production Support Engineer, you will be a part of our rapidly growing IT department. You will actively collaborate with other teams and work in the production environment support, for financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environment

• Report bugs and issues to the development team

• Resolve tickets when possible

• Automate routine tasks

• Investigate errors and issues at all stages of the application, including effective communication with stakeholders if needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with monitoring systems like Grafana

• Knowledge of SQL and database queries

• Knowledge of log analysis tools such as Graylog, Elasticsearch, Kibana

• Additional experience with New Relic is a plus

• Basic programming skills, especially in Python, are a plus

• Excellent command of English and Russian languages

• Proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement
