Customer Support Officer

We are looking for a Customer Support Officer, native Chinese speaker who will assist the clients of FxPro. Candidates can be based in Cyprus or willing to relocate.
Our customer support team is working in shifts 24/5, on a rotation basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service and support to customers through live chats, emails and phone calls

• Perform Back Office and Clients Accounting Department duties as required and update Customer records

• Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs

• Provide product information and assisting customers with their queries

Requirements

• Fluent in English and native in Chinese (spoken and written)

• University Degree or relevant working experience

• Ability to work in shifts 24/5, on a rotation basis

• Computer literacy to a high level

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail
