Customer Service Representative

David Kennedy Recruitment on behalf of our client, is seeking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Larnaca/Cyprus.

Work model: On-site (WAH option after 6 months and based on performance)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In this role, you will work as a Customer Support & Travel Agent for one of our clients, in the aviation industry. Your task will be to promote services to existing clients. This is not a sales position.

• The most important task, however, is to give the customer a pleasant experience and a positive feeling.

• You will be required to work on both calls and chats.

• Works well under pressure/multitasking skills / requires some previous multitasking examples

REQUIREMENTS:

• Spanish and English (C2) (additional languages are considered an advantage)
• Friendly and positive team player,
• Service-oriented and great interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills
• Flexible and reliable
• Empathetic

• Currently, 09:00-17:45, 10:00-18:45 / 13:15 – 22:00 / 15:15 – 00:00, 17:15-02:00. Future the lines will be open 24H
