We are now looking for an experienced End User Support Engineer with strong technical skills and relevant working experience to work in new challenging projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency
  • Provides IT support for end user devices
  • Configures, installs and maintains software systems
  • Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Manages projects successfully on time and within budget
  • Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working as a support Engineer.
  • Experience with Intune, SCCM, M365, EDR, SharePoint and Teams
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Client management skills

Nice to have:

  • Cloud Provider Certifications
  • Experience with Monitoring tools
