BI Analyst / Product Owner Business Intelligence

We seek a skilled Business Analyst with BI Tooling (Tableau) expertise to join our team. You will be responsible for meeting various stakeholders' data and enabling analytics needs by developing comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations on the (Tableau cloud) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and effectively manage competing priorities across business units.
• Dashboard Development: ”): Utilize Tableau (Cloud) or similar BI tools to create and manage complex data visualizations and dashboards.
• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Communication: Provide comprehensive training and support to the European Business Development division and its business users to enhance data-driven decision-making, ensuring all division requirements are met.
• Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with diverse teams across functions and geographical locations.
• Requirements Gathering: Identify, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into actionable Tableau Cloud dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Tableau Advocacy: Promote the use of Tableau Cloud and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements

• You should have a minimum of 2-4 years of initial work experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/ Project Manager/ Developer for BI Tool Implementation or in a similar role.
• A good understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts with a focus on business performance analysis is required.
• You must have experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• The role is partially a product owner role which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train non-technical audiences (e.g., Sales Representatives) to expand the adoption of BI/ Tableau dashboards.
• Furthermore, you are efficient in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.
• Capable to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational skills and capable of working autonomously or collaboratively in a team setting.
• Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
