Business Analyst

You'll closely collaborate with multiple departments within the company and contribute to creating, supporting, and enhancing various exciting projects, from client-facing WordPress websites and landing pages to internal portals, tools, and services designed to streamline workflows and make the experience more efficient for contractors.

✅ Is that you?

• 1+ years of commercial experience in a Business Analyst role
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements to create clear documentation (business requirements, system requirements, vision and scope)
• Experience creating diagrams & wireframes (UI/UX basics, low-detailed mock-ups)
• Experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence)
• Intermediate+ English level
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and backlog prioritisation;
• Stress resistance, ability to accept feedback, high adaptability to changing priorities

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Experience with Figma
• Basic understanding of WordPress and website development
• Basic understanding of inner business processes in IT companies

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll help develop company websites and internal tools. You’ll turn business needs into clear plans, working closely with different teams to ensure the success of new and existing projects.

• Gather and document business requirements for various projects
• Create wireframes and diagrams to visualize required functionality, process, integration, etc.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise, and consistent documentation, including business, stakeholder, and functional requirements
• Support and enhance existing projects and contribute to new project development
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clear communication of technical and process changes
