The Senior Financial Analyst - IT role offers a unique opportunity to partner with key stakeholders, providing strategic insights and supporting critical decision-making processes. You will play a pivotal role in driving our IT strategy, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives, ensuring detailed execution and exceptional outcomes. In this role, you will:

• The IT Finance team supports the CIO and the CIO Executive Leadership Team in strategy, budgeting, forecasting and Decision Support
• As a part of the IT Finance team, you will be directly supporting the Operations and/or Project Delivery organizations
• Assist in development of monthly forecasts and monitoring of expenses versus quarterly targets
• Create recurring or ad-hoc reports and models for the purpose of allowing management to make data driven decisions
• Complete monthly close process, including accruals and adjusting entries
• Participate in the development of business case models as part of the financial investment review process
• Support the Annual Planning and Quarterly Forecasting process for the IT organization
• Help design new processes for use with the new ERP.

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college or university with a major in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3 to 5 years of shown experience in the field of financial planning/analysis.
• Strong relationship building, influencing and consultation skills, able to build and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, key partners and clients

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $69,600 - $127,400

–Zone B: $63,800 - $116,800

–Zone C: $58,000 - $106,100
