Project Manager

Fraud Prevention is a part of the global Financial Crime Prevention department. We are looking for you to join our Fraud Strategy Prevention journey so we can accelerate our efforts in preventing fraud attempts, protecting our customers and the bank from becoming victims of financial crime. About the role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving fraud related projects and activities at a group level to ensure that SEB manages and mitigates fraud risks cross countries and business units.

You will be part of an inclusive and dynamic team of professional and engaged colleagues. You will have the opportunity to be part of international projects and play a key role in ensuring we accelerate our fraud fighting journey.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience within the financial crime or risk management field, with strong capabilities to drive and coordinate fraud projects within scope and meet deadlines.
• Extensive experience in leading data sharing and alignment projects across countries and legal entities, as well as collecting data and driving the global MI-fraud report
• Experience in aligning fraud taxonomy across countries
• The ability to initiate and lead fraud risk assessments, as well as follow up on KPIs and risk tolerance
• The ability to bridge the strategy across countries, divisions, products, and improve information flow among units
• Strong team player skills with excellent stakeholder management, information sharing and communication abilities
• An analytical and agile mindset, along with strong data management experience, enabling you to understand, interpret, and present data in a simplified way and create structured overviews
• Highly proficient skills in MS PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

€3,800 - €5,600 a month

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
