What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain robust data analysis and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and metrics;
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to uncover insights and trends, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and usability;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, power queries, and power pivots;
  • Experience in data visualization tools is an asset;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment;
  • Fluency in English is required.
