We are seeking an experienced and dynamic full-time Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is vital in driving revenue growth by proactively securing new business opportunities and expanding our market presence within the DACH region and beyond, including international markets across the EU and globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities both within the DACH region and in broader international markets
  • Conduct market analysis and prepare/deliver sales plan
  • Understand value selling and create solid ROI models
  • Deliver on target performance and operate to respective sales KPIs
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Provide consultative sales support to clients, including helping them to understand our payment solutions and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the payments landscape
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DACH region
  • Accurately forecast and manage opportunities in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the payments, travel, e-commerce, or fintech industry
  • Fluency in both German and English language
  • French and Italian language skills are a plus
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate with clients and partners
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to innovate, learn, and share knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
