Hello, we at AMBOSS are currently looking for a full-time Campus Partnership Manager. You have completed your medical degree, are an avid traveler, communicative and want to be actively involved in building and developing strong partnerships with universities? Then this position could be just right for you!

Your responsibilities

You'll be responsible for managing university partnerships in the student market across the USA. This means building and maintaining relationships with universities, keeping them updated on the latest AMBOSS innovations and usage data, and leading campus license negotiations—whether it's securing new deals or renewing existing ones. You'll be the key player in making these partnerships successful!

As you take on these responsibilities, you’ll dive deeper into key areas:

  • First, you will get an overview of which universities in the USA already have a campus license.
  • As the lead negotiator in future discussions, you will prepare accordingly for the talks.
  • You will actively work closely with the Medical and Product teams to stay up to date on content changes and new developments.
  • You will also gain insight into the usage data of the respective universities.
  • Your task will be to act as the interface between the AMBOSS teams and university stakeholders.
  • You will renew existing campus licenses and lead negotiations with the universities.
  • Additionally, you will proactively approach universities that do not yet have an AMBOSS campus license for their students and discuss potential licensing models with the relevant university contacts.

You should bring

  • A completed a medical degree
  • A strong familiarity with AMBOSS and a conviction that every university should offer an AMBOSS campus license.
  • An interest in exploring behind the scenes to understand university budgeting and how to negotiate confidently.
  • Talent in organizing and the ability to keep track of multiple parallel projects.
  • A knack for inspiring others when you are passionate about something.
  • A love for travel and a desire to get to know various universities in the USA.
  • Fluency in English and confidence in representing AMBOSS during negotiations.
  • Enthusiasm for presenting AMBOSS at international conferences and sharing your passion with students, faculty members, librarians, and even deans.
  • A willingness to learn more about tracking negotiations and presenting regular reports internally.

What would be a plus

  • You have already gained some experience in project management or marketing.
  • You were involved in budget planning at your university.
  • You have basic knowledge in budget planning and data analysis.

Work Location: Preferably at one of our AMBOSS offices (New York City, Berlin, or Cologne), with the option for remote work at your location.

Travel: Approximately 10% to the U.S.-based conferences and global AMBOSS offices.
