As we continue to expand, we're in search of a Recruiter/Interviewer to uphold our commitment to excellence in remote recruitment.

Role Overview:
The Recruiter/Interviewer at Remotivate will take charge of conducting interviews for top candidates vying for remote positions in remote companies.

This is a part-time/hourly remote role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct 15-20 candidate interviews per week (3-4 per day), each lasting around 30 minutes.
- Manage assessment reports daily.
- Exhibit confidence and authority during conversations to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Utilize existing quality camera, microphone, and home office setup for video interviews.
- Collaborate with our vetting department.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hiring for remote roles in remote companies, showcasing expertise in remote work dynamics.
- Comfortable handling high-intensity interview and assessment volumes.
- Exceptional English-speaking skills, ensuring effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills in managing interviews and assessment documentation.
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced and dynamic remote work environment.
- Degree in Psychology is a plus.
