As part of this initiative, we are seeking enthusiastic Squad Leads to join our Cluj-based team. This hybrid role requires office presence two days per week.

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Squad Lead to join our Software Engineering team. As an Engineering Squad Lead, you are a technical leader as well as a line manager, encompassing a practitioner responsibility and leadership of the engineers to deliver customer outcomes and opportunities for our business.

You will be expected to work with autonomy on complex features and support, guide and mentor other engineers throughout the whole development lifecycle. We are looking for adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset who are eager to grow and develop their skills.
