Test Automation Engineer

ZEISS DCI teams are responsible for providing seamless user experience across various online interfaces. You will be joining to these teams and use your skills to maintain and further improve quality of these products.

You will deliver the quality and performance of multi-platform software products that includes web and API application interfaces. You will be working in a cross functional team together to ensure quality development and quality of our applications and platforms. You are our ideal candidate if you have industry-leading technical abilities and excellent communication skills. You also have a combination of in-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance.

• Creating and maintaining automated test cases, executing test suites, reviewing and diagnosing reported bugs

• Work with the engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle

• Participation of software development workflow, starting in refinements to avoid bugs later in the process

• Testing web-based application

• Running, monitoring and maintaining pipeline

• Be a central part of an agile development team, always represent QA mindset

• At least 3+ years of experience with UI Test Automation

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools

• Deep knowledge of Java or C# language with good programming skills

• Hands on experience with Playwright or Selenium or Cypress

• Experience in agile software development

• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team spirit

• Fluent English language skills

• ISTQB is a plus

• Experience with API testing is a plus
