- You develop an excellent detailed understanding of how all the existing service related systems and products in the DH universe function and their impact on operations
- You own implementation of key service product feature rollouts and standardization across the region in collaboration with the central products and local country teams
- You facilitate and lead calibration sessions with operations and product (Regional & Global) for improvement
- Be a key voice of service side of products while discussing and driving key topics with our multiple global product teams
- You design and deploy system/tools health-check framework
- You lead requirements gathering for new systems development in-sync with all key business stakeholders across regional and global
- You drive top down opportunity identification workshops and bottom up ideation initiatives for creation of high impact pipeline of system/product improvement opportunities
- You mentor System Improvement projects to drive creation of the most efficient possible SOPs for operations
- You work closely with our Operations & Contact Center teams in all our 8 markets as well as with Delivery Hero's global Ops team
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience working in customer or partner operations environments
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
- You are highly passionate about increasing efficiency & creating scalable products and systems; and have experience to back it up
- Strong product understanding and track record of successful execution
- You are a doer and a free thinker. You accept and adapt constantly to change
- You have a hands-on mentality, drive, and exceptional analytical skills
- You are comfortable and have the ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and high pressure, entrepreneurial environment and are capable of shaking the status quo
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. (German not required)
