Post Production Coordinator

In this function, you work within the Production team, one of the many diverse, motivated, and fun-loving teams of Publicis Groupe. If you’re an energetic communicator, an organisational wizard and love working with nice and talented people, read on!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is our bucket list, but we will not be disappointed if we cannot tick all the boxes in the end. All our experts have different backgrounds, which help them shape their day-to-day, that will not be any different in your case.

Oversee and coordinate projects:

• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the Sound Producer on your projects.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external resources.
• Estimate time with your editing team to create accurate budgets.
• Coordinate and schedule internal resources
• Create and provide quotations.
• Execute quality check and ensure the delivery of the projects
• Handle invoicing and job closures.
• You will work independently and be responsible of your projects.

Requirements

WHO ARE YOU?

• You have around 2-5 years relevant experience in Post Production
• You can handle stress and short deadlines
• You have an excellent feel for people
• You can work successfully within a team, handling high volume workload. Camaraderie, collegiality and teamwork come first, always.
• You are a problem solver and have an eagle eye for details.
• You have great communication, planning and financial skills.
• You are fluent in English. Dutch or French are a plus.
