Human Resources Specialist
HR & Recruitment
- Provide guidance on people practices such as building successful teams, development, reorganizations and succession planning
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Oversee talent acquisition and talent reviews, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Guide leaders in the implementation of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and managing underperformance.
- Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
- Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency
Competence requirements:
- Business Acumen: Understanding of the business environment and the ability to align HR practices with business needs.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and provide practical, strategic solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business environments.
- Education: University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience: Several years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role with exposure to strategic HR practices.
