Competence profile:

We are looking for a consultant who can drive and support EIA in its continued work towards becoming more data-driven.

The assignment mainly consists of being the driving force from an operational perspective to continue the establishment and management of a Power BI solution at MKB.

The assignment:

MKB is looking for a specialist who has competence in Operations and business development, as well as Management and Governance.

The consultant must independently assist EIA with qualified consulting support within the relevant area of ​​competence.

The assignment includes, in the role of Business Analyst, capturing and prioritizing the needs of the business by running/facilitating workshops. The consultant must be a clear link between operations and technical development, ensure quality and document the finished delivery, and also be the driving force in implementing the finished solutions with the end users. In cases where the business lacks relevant system support to capture data for the requested reports, the consultant must also, in the role of business project manager, be able to run development projects to ensure the necessary system support.

What is required is a very experienced consultant who has the ability to work and drive the work forward both independently and within the framework of the team working on the solution. Furthermore, the consultant must be able to listen in and absorb information, requirements and wishes from the business and translate this into concrete technical solutions.

Experience of:

• Facilitate Workshops with different parts of the business

• Capture, document and prioritize business requirements

• Project management of development projects

• Training of end users

• Management of BI solutions

• Documented experience from BI projects aimed at larger real estate companies

• Operational understanding of administrative processes in a larger utility real estate company, such as processes around Property Management and Finance. Specific knowledge of EIA's processes is valuable.

• Power BI as a platform from a business perspective

• Microsoft 365

• Dynamics 365 CE/Sales

• Knowledge of Real Estate System PM5 and Momentum Energy

• Knowledge of the ERP system UBW

• Knowledge of the Platina diary system

• Knowledge of the wage system Agda

• Knowledge of evaluation of survey responses based on Active Living
