Requirements:

• Previous experience with Accounting tasks is an asset

• Previous experience in Database Analytics

• Professional English speaking and writing proficiency is a must

• Excellent with MS Excel and G Suite (spreadsheets, docs, calendar, slides)

• Proactive, outgoing personality with a high level of adaptability and a can-do attitude

• Ability to multitask

• Readiness to work afternoon shifts

• Readiness to work full time from the office in New Belgrade

• Possessing strong Integrity, Commitment, Adaptation, Respect and Excellence

• All other duties required by the company

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring, tracking, and maintaining the company's fixed assets list

• Ensure accurate and organized recordkeeping of fixed asset information

• Assist in conducting periodic physical asset verifications at various locations

• Reconcile the results of physical verifications with the fixed asset list

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on fixed asset activity, including onboarding, disposals, and depreciation schedules

• Present financial information accurately and in a timely manner to support decision-making

• Actively participate in discussions to suggest and implement process improvements in fixed asset and inventory management procedures

• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and operations, to gather relevant fixed asset and inventory data and provide support for financial decision-making

• Assist with the maintenance of fixed asset records, including tracking acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and impairments
