Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional
  accounting/finance is a definite plus.

• Proven experience (more than 4 years) as a Financial Analyst, preferably in
  the SAAS industry or a complex environment.

• Strong knowledge and experience working with NeSsuite or other ERP
  systems.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and budgeting
  processes.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
  concepts.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey
  complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• It would be good to have experience in collaborating with North American
  companies.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and budgets, to
    identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze operational data and develop metrices to capture trends, identify
    variables and reflect in financial forecast.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic
    planning and decision-making.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop accurate and realistic
    budgets for operational expenses, capital expenditures, and revenue
    projections.
  • Monitor budget performance, identify deviations, and provide
    recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Prepare regular forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and
    business projections to support effective resource allocation.
• Financial Planning and Strategy:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and
    strategies to achieve organizational goals. - Conduct research and analysis to support business initiatives, new
    product launches, and expansion opportunities.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of potential investments, acquisitions, and
    partnerships.
• NetSuite Expertise:

  • Utilize NetSuite to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data
    efficiently.

  • Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting systems within
    NetSuite.

  • Develop, through company sponsored trainings, to be a super user and
    help team to use NetSuite more efficiently.
