Academy Content Developer

We are now looking for a creative Academy Content Developer to be part of this journey. You’ll be a part of the Customer Success team and deliver engaging online courses with a focus on product adoption. The employment will initially be a temporary position until September 2025, but there is a good chance of permanent employment.

About the role

As an Academy Content Developer, you’re responsible for planning and developing digital training content related to our product Engage. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success Managers as well as subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop online courses and related content in our learning management system (LMS).

The Customer Success team works closely with all customer-facing teams at Voyado and has joint KPIs where customer satisfaction and growth are in focus. Of course, we collaborate cross-functionally to achieve our shared goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, and provides information about our products
• Manage the production of online courses (text, videos, images and related content)
• Write, develop, edit, and publish content and copy to help our customers understand the benefits and opportunities with Voyado
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers and other stakeholders to produce content that generates results
• Possibly support other course creators on a high-level basis with tasks such as reviewing tone of voice, pedagogical structure, and how to best utilize our LMS (Learnster)

So, who are you?

We think you have a creative mindset paired with the ability to communicate complex topics in understandable terms. You have a strong grasp of grammar, style, voice, and brand, and are used to working with SMEs to turn their input into inspiring content for our customer learning platform. You must be confident in both writing and speaking English, as that is our company language.

You’re a natural self-starter able to work proactively. You can juggle many tasks at the same time and are self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. You’re also a driven, flexible team player, who always puts customer needs in the first place.

Your curiosity and tech-loving profile are a great asset to get a good understanding of the Voyado products and their capabilities. Keeping one ear to the ground, you’re always up to date with customer needs and challenges, motivating you to develop or improve our digital content.

Skills & Background

• A degree, preferably within communication or learning design (University or vocational education are of equal merit)
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Training Designer/Academy Content Designer or the equivalent, preferably related to a SaaS product
• Strong skills in writing, communication, and video editing
• An understanding of how to create engaging content that will resonate with our target audience
• Ability to search internal and external resources for information
• Fluent in Swedish and English—spoken and written
• Project management skills
• Ability to embrace and understand digital platforms

It’s also great if you have

• Experience in retail, CRM, or Martech
• Experience in working in an LMS—preferably Learnster
• Experience in documenting and developing training material with an emphasis on technical platforms
