About the role

Designers are pivotal in creating and orchestrating visual elements into cohesive and impactful compositions. You will develop and refine visual designs, focusing on brand, motion, and visual storytelling, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with brand standards. You will drive projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables autonomously. Engaging in interdisciplinary projects, you will contribute to and guide design choices, offering strategic recommendations and solutions.

As a Senior Designer, you are expected to demonstrate deep expertise in visual design, showcasing a refined skill set that drives innovative and impactful design solutions. You will be the driving force behind your projects, taking ownership of planning, prioritizing, and executing visual design activities with a high degree of independence. You will lead strategic discussions within your domain, offering expert recommendations and guiding critical design decisions, ensuring that every outcome not only meets but exceeds user needs and business objectives. Your role will involve a balance of creative leadership and hands-on design work, consistently delivering high-quality results that elevate the brand and contribute to its success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of brand principles, themes, and moods into comprehensive visual frameworks that guide design execution across all platforms.
• Architect and evolve the brand system to ensure consistency, scalability, and adaptability across diverse customer touchpoints.
• Lead the development of multi-media narratives that effectively communicate complex stories, ensuring alignment with communication goals and audience engagement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure design efforts are strategically aligned with broader business objectives and execution roadmaps.
• Oversee the design and production of a broad range of marketing materials, including digital and print ads, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, presentations, and promotional items, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and brand consistency.
• Drive the conceptualization and production of motion graphics and animations, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and elevate the brand’s visual storytelling.
• Mentor a team of designers, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple concurrent design projects, with a focus on quality, innovation, and speed.
• Champion design consistency across products, ensuring alignment with brand identity while pushing the envelope for creative innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional visual design experience
• Comfortable working in fast paced environment with high volume of deliverables
• Impeccable execution and care for all aspects of design, from conceptual thinking to motion and visual design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and design skills
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
• Comfort and confidence in collaborating closely with departments such as sales, marketing, and product.
• Proficiency with contemporary design tools and methods such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop) and Figma.

Bonus if you have

• A university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related design or artistic discipline
• Experience working in a variety of organizations (startup, corporate, agency/consultancy)

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $160,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
