The Manager, Strategic Resource Alignment Data Analytics, Medical Affairs and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (MA+HEOR) is a member of a team responsible for enabling the advanced practice of medicine through optimal resource prioritization and allocation, including organic and inorganic growth, maximizing today’s impact and sustaining for tomorrow. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis across MA+HEOR to identify trends, find areas of imbalance, and develop resourcing recommendations. Additionally, you will utilize resource models and provide support on various projects as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis across MA+HEOR to identify trends, areas of imbalance, and potential opportunities for improvement. Data sets include headcount allocations, open roles, tactics spend including evidence generation and long term forecasting of demand across the business.
  • Utilize and refine resource models to optimize resource allocation and utilization within MA+HEOR.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accurate and timely analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and resource management.
  • Assist with other projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, statistics, data science, business analytics) is required. Advanced degree, especially MBA, preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., excel, SAS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Experience with resource modeling and optimization techniques is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
