As Experian Marketplace continues to expand our strategic partnerships with our lender-partners, creating more transparency into campaign performance and access to actionable insights is critical. As a Marketplace Product Analyst, you will help analyze platform performance and identifying opportunities for Experian and its partners to improve an ever-growing suite of campaigns and features. You will report into the Analytics Consulting Manager. We are looking for a data-driven person who can translate complex data into partner-friendly outputs

What you'll do:

  • Write and own SQL code to pull and push data to and from Snowflake, AWS Redshift, S3, and other solutions
  • Use Alteryx/Apache Airflow to create tables and data pipelines to support all reports
  • Build clear Tableau dashboards to monitor the impact of business recommendations and product enhancements
  • Use statistical modeling techniques to conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, regression analysis, and other advanced statistical methods to uncover patterns, correlations, and predictive insights.
  • Produce customer insights, and present recommendations to internal and external leaders
  • Highlight opportunities to improve on existing product features/campaigns
  • Manage data and departmental document repository ensuring up-to-date versions and correct document storage

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field
  • 3+ years of related experience in a data-driven position using SQL
  • Certification in Tableau or 1+ years using Tableau, with the ability to build clear, meaningful reports
  • Experience working with large/complex datasets and ETL tools such as Alteryx/Apache Airflow
  • Familiarity with US financial and US credit data
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, or Java/JavaScript
  • Comfortable building presentations and presenting analyses to leadership
