Talent Delivery Specialist

• Niche Talent Acquisition: Recruit and source candidates for specialized roles such as Engineers, Architects, Lawyers, Medical Professionals and Support roles.
• Analyze sourcing strategies and optimize them based on data-driven insights.
• Create and present data visualizations to illustrate recruitment metrics and trends.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes.
• Conduct talent market and supply analysis to identify trends and inform recruitment decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate evaluation.
• Oversee and refine recruitment processes to align with current trends and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing insights and updates on recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• At least 5 years of experience recruiting for niche roles (Engineer, Architect, Lawyer, Medical Professional, etc.)
• With extensive experience in sourcing analytics
• Proficient in using Microsoft tools
• Must be able to create data visualizations
• Knowledge in statistical methods and techniques
• Understanding of recruitment processes and trends
• Experience in talent market/supply analysis
• Familiar in utilizing AI
• Preferably with Certification in HR analytics or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills
• Able to work on a night-shift schedule
