The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base within the healthcare industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to adapt to industry shifts and changes in strategies. The ideal candidate will be strategic, results-oriented, and passionate about driving success in the healthcare space.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with the healthcare industry's dynamic needs. Adapt and refine strategies to respond to industry changes, regulatory updates, and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team performance, particularly in navigating the shift to healthcare-focused sales.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges in the healthcare industry. Continuously monitor industry trends and shifts to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure potential clients within the healthcare sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare administrators, practice managers, and physicians.
  • Change Management: Drive the sales team’s transition to healthcare by developing and implementing change management strategies. Ensure that the team is equipped to handle the nuances of selling to healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the healthcare sector. Clearly articulate the value of our virtual assistant services in enhancing operational efficiency and patient care.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Track sales activities, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance. Adjust pipeline management strategies as necessary to align with healthcare industry demands.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and client success teams to ensure that sales efforts align with company objectives. Facilitate a seamless client experience.
  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at healthcare industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads. Stay connected with industry leaders to stay informed of any shifts in the sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role and significant experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding teams through industry shifts and strategy changes.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, particularly in a dynamic and evolving market.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with the ability to manage and adapt the sales pipeline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on adapting to industry changes and new market demands.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially one undergoing strategic shifts.
  • Experience in leading teams through change, particularly in transitioning to new industries or adopting new sales strategies.

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
