We seek a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generator to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will leverage data and pipeline to generate leads and close deals, helping expand the client base and drive business growth. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who excels in lead generation and sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your data sources and pipeline to identify and generate leads using the client’s software services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and assess their needs to match them with service offerings.
  • Present and promote the client’s services to prospective clients, highlighting expertise in mobile and web development, e-commerce solutions, custom software development, and UI/UX design.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for the client.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and sales achievements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong network and access to a robust data pipeline for generating leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Knowledge of mobile and web development, e-commerce solutions, and UI/UX design is a plus.

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
  • Smartphone
