About the Role:

We are looking for a Remote Sales Facilitator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing incoming leads, producing quotations and proposals, and following up on all deals. Your tenacity and excellent communication skills will help drive our sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, prioritize, and scope out incoming leads.
  • Create accurate and compelling quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up persistently on all deals to ensure progression.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Track and report on lead status and sales progress.

What We're Looking For:

  • Work in Sydney time Zone - 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
  • Proven experience in a similar role in a B2B company.
  • Clear understanding of the sales process.
  • Knowledge of using Accounting tools such as Xero or MYOB.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
