Responsibilities

• Utilize various methods (e.g. online research, networking, social media) to identify and generate leads and prospects
• Conduct research and gather information on potential leads and their needs
• Qualify leads and assess their potential to become customers
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies
• Update and maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights and recommendations on lead generation efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Sales Leads Generator, Sourcer, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of lead generation methods and tools
• Ability to conduct online research and gather information effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software
