Strategic Partners Operations Manager

As a Strategic Partners Operations Manager you’ll be a vital leader in the global operations team. You will be a key team player in the management of the global payments portfolio across all markets and brands.

You will be responsible for supporting the Payments team in monitoring and maintaining the performance of our payment providers globally.

What you will do

• Monitor payments dashboards daily.
• Monitor GCC chat for incidents.
• Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
• Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, assists in resolving issues where escalation is required and also escalate to appropriate contacts when needed.
• Work with Tech/Product/CS to understand the cause of issues.
• Work with payment provider to identify issues, resolutions and permanent fixes.
• Follow up for RCA’s.
• Track and monitor SLA's of incidents with Payment Providers.

Requirements

• Ability to analyse payment processing performance data.
• Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring payment provider performance.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
• Ability to communicate with others effectively.
• Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings.
