Junior System Application Engineer Hardware

The Junior Application Engineer Hardware provides premium technical support to customers. This can be direct or indirect through field application engineers. You will gain insights in customer systems and derive technical product requirements. You will evaluate products in system context and takes with this the system and application role in new product developments. Scope is hardware for automotive radio and audio systems.

Your responsibilities

• Provide consultancy to customer support on application and system level
• Prepare and perform trainings to both customers and field application engineers
• Create customer facing documents
• Understand and share new technical market insights
• Contribute to creation of product specifications
• Evaluate products in customer system context
• Create Application Notes & User Manuals
• Create tools, simulations, reference designs
• Perform product benchmarking

Your Profile

• Bachelor or master degree in electronics with focus on hardware
• Good understanding of electronics hardware
• Good understanding of PCB design and tooling
• Requirement development methodology
• (Automotive) radio and audio applications is a plus
• Good knowledge of English
