Your impact

  • The Content Writer will create high-quality, engaging, educational content tailored to training and coaching programs. The content should be well-researched, accessible, and aligned with our organizational goals to enhance the skills and knowledge of our target audience.

A day in the life

  • Content Development:
    • Develop written materials for training modules, including manuals, guides, workbooks, and presentations.
    • Create engaging content for e-learning platforms, including course descriptions, lesson plans, quizzes, slides, and interactive activities.
    • Write case studies, success stories, and testimonials to highlight the impact of training programs.
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct research to ensure the content is up-to-date, evidence-based, and relevant to the target audience.
    • Analyze feedback from previous training participants (graduates) to improve content quality.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Correlation One Professional Development team to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly training materials.
  • Editing and Proofreading:
    • Review and edit existing training materials to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to learning objectives.
    • Proofread all content to eliminate errors and enhance readability.

Deliverables:

  • Training Outline
    • A clear, structured outline that lists all modules in attractive titles, showing how they build upon each other and align with overall learning goals.
  • 10 - 12 Training Modules (two topics/module, 20 - 24 topics)
    • Content: Learning objectives and instructional content (lecture content) for each module.
    • Activities: Engaging activities for participants that reinforce learning objectives.
    • Guidelines: Step-by-step guidelines for trainers on how to effectively deliver the content.
  • Coaches’ Guidelines
    • Best practices and strategies for coaching participants through the modules.
    • Suggestions for fostering engagement and supporting participants’ growth.

Your expertise

  • A degree in Communications, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training design and content development, preferably in the adult-learning career coaching industry.
  • Experience in developing educational or training materials.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to create content that is both informative and engaging.
  • Ability to create training content for remote settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Quality of content produced (clarity, accuracy, engagement).
  • Ability to incorporate feedback and adapt content accordingly.
  • Contribution to overall training and coaching objectives.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Familiarity with coaching methodologies and practices.

Where you are

  • This role is remote and can be located anywhere.

The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $10-$15/hr. Please note that the shared range is specific to Jordan.
