The Director, Strategic Accounts will report directly to the VP, Strategic Partnerships and be responsible for maintaining and expanding current relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, specifically focused on patient access services including Hub, PAP, Nursing Services and Field Reimbursement Management Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute on strategy for growing revenue with assigned strategic accounts.
  • Educate customers on the value of NEWCO and our solutions.
  • Meet expected goals and objectives as assigned.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by making data driven decisions by engaging cross-functional teams to deliver high levels of service and delivery.
  • Actively identifying industry shifts, business trends, portfolio pipeline, NEWCO product and any new areas of growth to pursue opportunities.
  • Set objectives and develop strategic account business plan templates to build new opportunities with current clients.
  • Establish and grow partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Present account health and initiatives to management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Travel will be required to meet with customers, as well as attend company meetings and tradeshows.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Equivalent education and experience in lieu of degree considered
  • 4-5 + years of experience in strategic account management.
  • 4-5 years experience patient access sales to pharma manufacturers
  • Equivalent education and/or prior working experience in lieu of degree considered.
  • Advanced industry knowledge in patient access highly preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic business plans.
  • Demonstrated presence and proven skills to influence at all levels of the organization.
