Who We Need

We are looking for a skilled and driven Salesforce System Administrator to join our team on a part-time, project-based capacity. This role is essential in optimizing our use of Salesforce, enhancing user adoption, and implementing automated processes to streamline our sales operations.

Job Description

• Salesforce Customization: Tailor and configure Salesforce to align with the specific needs of our sales operations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that boost user experience and productivity.

• Process Automation: Create and maintain automated processes to minimize manual tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across operations.

• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to sales team members to enhance their proficiency and adoption of Salesforce.

• System Audits: Regularly conduct system audits to identify and resolve any data integrity issues or inefficiencies.

• Integration: Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure Salesforce is seamlessly integrated with other business systems and applications.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce practices, updates, and features to continually refine and enhance system functionality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce administrator, with a strong track record in configuration, customization, and automation.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data management, and security best practices.

• Proficiency in developing and managing reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user training and support.

• Independent working capability with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.

• Salesforce administrator certification is highly desirable.
